Graduation Requirements

Student Services/Guidance Department



You must complete 40 Community Service Hours as required by the Ministry of Education! Many community service opportunities are available in the guidance office. Check it out!

  • 18 Compulsory and 12 Elective Courses for a total of 30 Credits.
  • 4 credits in English
  • 3 credits in Math (at the senior level - Grade 11 or 12)
  • 1 credit in Canadian Geography
  • 2 credits in Science
  • 1 credit in Canadian History
  • 1 credit in French as a Second Language
  • 1 credit in Arts
  • 1 credit in Health and Physical Education
  • 0.5 credit in Civics and 0.5 credit in Career Studies
  • 1 credit in either Social Sciences and the Humanities OR Canadian and World Studies (at the senior level) OR 1 additional credit in English
  • 1 credit in Business OR 1 additional credit in Health and Physical Education
  • 1 credit in Technological Education OR 1 additional credit in Science (at the senior level)
